Throughout Terms Two and Three, the Year 7 and 8 Gifted Class took part in a program run by Future Anything, a Brisbane based organisation that aims to develop innovative thing and problem solving in young people. Students were given the statement 鈥淎s an entrepreneur, showcase an innovative idea that reduces a negative environments impact on our planet鈥.
After learning about the United Nation鈥檚 Sustainability Development Goals, students could work individually or in groups to create a solution to a problem that linked with the goals and their own experience.
The program came to an exciting conclusion at a special Showcase Expo where we invited family, friends and teachers to hear all the amazing ideas.
