Who would have thought that focaccia bread was an edible canvas?! 
This was the medium that the Year 11 and 12 students used to create some Edible Artwork in Food, Science and Technology.
It was a fun, hands on way for students to demonstrate their ability to investigate, design, plan, order and evaluate for a production task.
Their brief was to create the Edible Artwork using raw, staple and processed ingredients. Their imagination was their guide. The artwork was constructed over two practical lessons and the results were delicious! Which one is your favourite?
