Enrolment Process
For entry to the College in Year 7, we encourage families to apply for enrolment by the end of Year 4. The College commences offering enrolment interviews from the end of Year 4 and throughout Year 5.
For entry to an already attending year group, applications are welcome at anytime, for consideration to join the College at the beginning of the next academic term. Please note applications to join the College in 2025 are now closed, with all year groups at full capacity.
Enrolment Priorities
The College has the following Enrolment Priorities: Ìý
- Siblings of children currently enrolled at the College, and children of College Alumni.
Having a sibling at the College or a parent who attended the College will give your child priority for an interview or priority in the Waiting Pool, but it does not always guarantee enrolment. - Catholic students from Catholic primary schoolsÌý
- Catholic students from non-Catholic primary schoolsÌý
- Non-Catholic students from Catholic primary schoolsÌý
- Other non-Catholic students
Application
Each application must be accompanied by the prescribed Application Registration fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, should you decide to cancel the application, or if the application does not result in enrolment.Ìý
91¸£Àû´óÈ« has no formal feeder primary schools. We accept students from many different schools. Geographical location or proximity to the College is not an enrolment priority, however attending a Catholic Primary school is an enrolment priority.Ìý
The application process must be followed for each child in the family wishing to secure a place.Ìý
Year 7 in 2025 or 2026: Enrolments are now at capacity, with waiting pools in place. Should you wish to join the relevant waiting pool to be considered in the future, please submit an Enrolment Application form, along with all supporting documents listed on the form.Ìý
Year 8 to 12 in 2025: Applications to join the College in 2025 are now closed, with all year groups at full capacity.
Interviews
Applications are reviewed, and interviews offered according to the Enrolment Priorities. Not all applicants will receive an interview.Ìý
Interviews are conducted by the Principal, Vice Principal or another member of the College Executive. The prospective student and both parents (where applicable) are expected to attend the interview.ÌýÌý
Attendance at an interview does not guarantee an Offer of Enrolment.Ìý
Offer of Enrolment
Offers of Enrolment may be made at the conclusion of the interview.Ìý
Those who do not receive an Offer of Enrolment after their interview will be placed in the Waiting Pool and may receive an Offer of Enrolment once all interviews for the intake are complete (end of Year 5 for the main intake). Applicants being placed in the Waiting Pool will be notified via email.Ìý
Students being offered enrolment to join an already attending year group may commence at the College at the beginning of a new term. Students cannot commence during term-time.Ìý
All Offers of Enrolment will be at the Principal’s discretion and are not subject to appeal.Ìý
Reference Checks
To ensure new students align with our College values and contribute positively to our vibrant community, we will conduct reference checks for those wishing to join an already attending year group before joining the Waiting Pool.Ìý
Waiting Pools
If a particular year group is at capacity, any Enrolment Applications submitted are added to the Waiting Pool after a successful reference check.ÌýÌý
When a place becomes available, we refer to the applicable Waiting Pool, review all applications, and offer an interview for potential enrolment.Ìý
We do not advise of application’s position in the Waiting Pool at any point in time.ÌýÌý
The College will contact you should your application be chosen to progress to interview.Ìý
Waiting Pools are closed at the end of each academic year.Ìý
